On the Island of HAWAII, two celebrated artists’ friendly decade-long rivalry becomes a combined effort to create the ideal Tiki Mug, from the Kona Coast of the Island of Hawaii.
Brad Parker based the mug on a small-town Tiki that currently stands watch in an open air lobby next to the only existing Don the Beachcombers’ Restaurant & Mai-Tai bar. Local legend has it this tiki stands sentinel guarding against tsunamis.
Alex Gupton could not resist and wrapped one of his famous Hawaiian geckos around the back of the mug for the added local touch!
